NVR NUDE offers a one-year workmanship warranty on all products, including custom jewellery and bespoke jewellery pieces. Melee stones and pearls will be replaced free of charge. Larger stones and pearls will be assessed on an individual basis.

For repairs outside of the one-year warranty, charges will apply.

You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you insure your shipment up to the value of the returned item/s, including any custom engagement rings or other custom jewellery Calgary items.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order, including custom jewellery or bespoke jewellery, is packed and ready to ship. Once the courier picks up your package and scans it into their system, your tracking number can be used to see the information about your order.
