NVR NUDE offers a one-year workmanship warranty on all products. Melee stones and pearls will be replaced free of charge. Larger stones will be assessed on an individual basis.

For repairs outside of the 1-year warranty, charges will apply.

You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you insure your shipment up to the value of the returned item/s.

We strongly recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings prior to placing your order. NVR NUDE is able to assist in re-sizing, however, depending upon in-house commitments and production schedules, timing for this assistance may be lengthy. In most situations, it is likely to be more cost effective for you to have the sizing completed by a goldsmith or jeweller in your city.

If you require a resize you must notify NVR NUDE at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt and return the item within 30 business days.
